Organic Trinitario cacao, roasted at low temperature. Naturally bright and lightly tart, with notes of grapefruit, berries and tropical fruit.

KAKAW KAMPURA: in Maya, KAKAW means cacao; Kampura is the farm the beans come from. Ginger and cardamom bring a spiced sharpness, while mace adds a warm, aromatic depth. Himalayan salt draws out the sweetness and sharpens the fruit in the bean.

Optionally, a little coconut sugar closes the brew with a caramel finish.
